  1. Looks cool. How did you do the peeling? How does XSI handle this? I’m thinking in terms of Max, which would use a modifier, most likely. Does XSI have modifiers?

    • Thanks very much. Yes, Softimage does have modifiers and you adjust the subdivisions and angles. The actually peeling part is just the top part of the petal cut and flipped around and then adjusted. Could have used a lattice as well or just move each mesh or point where I wanted it but I want to contain the same arc as if it could close and cover it up.
